At ICS ONE, we take pride in delivering high-quality electronic products such as iPads, MacBooks, and related devices to schools, institutions, and individual consumers. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final.
ICS ONE does not offer refunds or returns once a product has been delivered, except in the cases outlined below.


Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement will be considered only if the product is:

  • Delivered damaged
  • Delivered defective
  • Incorrect item delivered (wrong model, specification, or product)

Conditions for Approval

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be:
  • Unused
  • In its original packaging
  • With all accessories, manuals, and invoice intact
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the damage/issue must be provided

ICS ONE reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any claim.


Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Software issues not related to hardware defects

Refund Method

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider

In some cases, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund.
